Beaumont acquired the Holiday Inn Sherbrooke in downtown Montreal and converted it into an internally managed student housing operation under evo branding. Once stabilized, the asset achieved 95%+ occupancy. The property is located directly across the street from McGill University.
Beaumont has since sold the asset to a leading Canadian real estate investment firm, who rebranded the property to Campus1 MTL.
