Woodland Hills Country Club

In 2020, Beaumont and its partners provided financing in a new venture for the acquisition and development planning of The Woodland Hills Country Club, a 105 year old, 93 acre golf course in Los Angeles in close proximity to Hidden Hills, Calabasas, and Malibu. The borrower/developer’s objective is to re-entitle the land for conversion into a significant master planned community.

The magnitude and location of the site has garnered significant interest from several national and local developers and homebuilders.
